This is a self study course for women who are ready to be fully equipped with the tools to understand and navigate their relationship anxiety. A daily journal, 6 modules, and a toolbox full of tangible step by step tools to help you rewire your thoughts on love, relationships, and yourself. This course takes 6-12 weeks to complete and is self-led. You get lifetime access to the materials once you join!

Meet

Hi, I’m Melanie, and I’ve spent the majority of my life figuring out how to work with my anxious attachment style and overcome my limiting beliefs and fears in relationships. I’ve coached 50+ women on how to do the same thing. It’s my passion to help other women unlock conscious awareness around their relational patterns so that they can truly let love in and expand in their lives.

Questions

Will your coaching work for me if xyz..

If you have a goal in how you want to show up in your relationship and life and you are committed to making it happen, coaching will work for you. The only instances that coaching is not appropriate is if there is deep unresolved trauma or abuse/toxicity in your relationship. In that scenario, I recommend seeking therapy before working with me.

Will you offer xyz in the future?

Everything I offer live is LIVE! I may offer things again in the future, but if you're feeling called to a certain course to offer, I would jump in while it's being offered because there is no guarantee that it'll be there in the future.

What if I’m not in a relationship/going through a breakup/just starting to date again?

NO WORRIES! The most important relationship is one you will be in for your whole life- the one you have with yourself. While we will dive into your relational patterns, you don’t need to currently be in partnership in order for this work to be deeply transformative. All phases of the relationship will bring new insight and value into your experience in working with me.

I live in a different time zone, will I be able to participate?

Geographical location doesn't have to be a barrier! For all group containers, calls are always recorded + available for you to watch the replay. For private coaching, we can work together to find a time that works for both of us.
